Job Summary
- Responsible for supporting Treasury Sales for the proper administration of onboarding and monitoring of required client documentation. They shall closely coordinate with Treasury Sales Traders to ensure that all documents of the clients are in order and complete for every product offering with complete follow through from onboarding to post deal document requirements. They will assist the business units to ensure complete and effective servicing of reports, audit and compliance requirements and other documentation making sure to keep a robust record keeping/ tracking for all required documentation.
- Know the products and underlying documents required from clients for the products.
- Assist the Treasury Sales Trader in the Onboarding, deal and post deal document requirements for the clients. This may involve close coordination with other Business Units (i.e. Wealth Management Group, Retail Banking Group, etc).
- Maintain a robust record keeping/ tracking and that all documents are properly uploaded in the required portals (i.e. EDMS, etc.)
- Assist in sending out daily rate sheets to sales partners and Treasury direct clients.
- Assist the RMs/ branches on the following inquiry, but not limited to:
- ? Treasury/RCAP outstanding investments
- ? Treasury Bank Cert requests to Treasury Ops
- ? Treasury client details requests such as change settlement, change delivery address, etc. based on the Treasury Request Form
- ? Coupon and maturity credits
- Assist business units (BUs) on proper filling up of client and/or deal details on required documents.
- Coordinates the settlement and documents of BU daily transactions (post-deal follow up of settlement docs)
- Coordinates with Retail Banking Group and Wealth Management Group on document deficiencies.
- Receive and check BUs forwarded documents, consolidate and submit to TSD and TrOps.
- Upload all submitted documents to EDMS.
- Organize all pre-deal and deal documents and create a monitoring master file.
- Consolidate daily OTC-FX transactions.
- Consolidate daily P&L for EOD report.
- Consolidate and reconcile monthly shadow income report for partner Bus.
- Recon MIS reports from RCAP and Trust.
- Coordinates instructions/documentation of transactions requiring Branch-settlement
- Upload done deal TD-Fwd details in Google Sheets.
- File TD workflow for TD-Fwd deals and other special TD rate requests
- Prepare documents for audit and compliance requirements.
- Uversity graduate from a reputable educational institution
- Trustworthy, responsible, flexible, organized and detail–oriented with ability to multi-task.
- Focused, enthusiastic, energetic and innovative to meet demands.
- Strong MS applications, computer skills, good oral and written communication, interpersonal skills and positive work attitude.
