The role involves lead generation, relationship management, and sales execution to meet revenue goals and strengthen the companys market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business development strategies focused on marine, transport, and industrial clients.
- Identify and build relationships with maritime agencies, shipping companies, and related organizations.
- Generate new leads and convert prospects into long-term business partners.
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure consistent satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging industry trends.
- Represent the company at relevant events, meetings, and industry gatherings to expand its network.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure service quality and timely delivery of client requirements.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Maritime Studies, or any related field.
- 3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably within the marine, shipping, or maritime industry.
- Strong existing network with marine transport agencies or related partners.
- Proven track record in generating leads and closing deals.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
- Willing to attend onsite meetings and client visits when necessary.
