This role provides technical expertise and hands-on support for water and wastewater treatment systems across customer sites. You’ll ensure efficient system performance, drive process optimization and troubleshooting, and serve as a key link between customers, commercial teams, and product development. The position also involves supporting system audits, technology trials, and new solution deployments to promote continuous improvement and business growth.

- Ensure smooth equipment installation, commissioning, and operation at customer sites. Minimize downtime by providing timely technical support and maintenance.
- Strengthen customer trust through proactive service and reliable solutions.
- Support business growth by identifying opportunities for service contracts and spare parts.
- Enhance equipment performance by conducting audits and recommending improvements.
- Provide accurate reporting and feedback to help improve product design and service quality.
- Contribute to a customer-first culture, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Experience in a technical, manufacturing, or service-based environment, ideally within the food and beverage industry.
- Skilled in equipment installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting, especially for automated systems.
- Holds a technical diploma or vocational training in Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields, with at least 2 years’ technician experience.
- Demonstrates strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Proactive and independent, with logical problem-solving abilities at customer sites.
- Willing to travel frequently and work on-site across North Luzon.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office and AutoCAD; knowledge of electrical or automation systems is an advantage.
