In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- To check the completeness of the order documents.
- To review contracts and orders received for both MRO and projects from local business partners or sales.
- To coordinate with sales engineers, project managers, respective salespersons, or the factory for technical and commercial clarification of the order.
- To check the part number and extract customer-specific information from business systems
- To ensure adherence to local and international trade compliance and due diligence procedures for all transactions and business practices.
- To verify if discounts and commissions adhere to business unit policy and ensure approval as per delegation of authority.
- To generate and send customer order acknowledgments.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in any 4-year course.
- At least 2.5 years of work experience related to Customer Service, Sales, Order Administration, Purchase Orders, and Contracts review.
- Familiarity with industrial regulators or pressure control devices is a plus.
