Why this role exists
The agency seeks a marketing specialist to support their growing portfolio by managing social media content creation and email marketing operations across multiple brands and client accounts. This role will help streamline content production and data management processes, allowing the agency to maintain high-quality deliverables while scaling their operations efficiently.
The Impact you’ll make
Content Creation & Management
- Create engaging social media posts using established brand frameworks
- Edit and produce video content and reels using CapCut
- Schedule and manage content across multiple brand accounts
- Source visual assets using Invado Elements and Music Bed
- Download and organize company data in Google Drive
- Segment databases for targeted campaigns
- Import data into email marketing platforms
- Execute email campaign sends
- Maintain brand voice across different client accounts
- Ensure content aligns with established frameworks
- Follow brand guidelines for visual and written content
- Work independently on assigned tasks
- Manage multiple deadlines across various brands
- Maintain organized digital assets and data files
Required:
- 3+ years of marketing industry experience with a focus on social media content creation and management
- Proven video editing experience, specifically with CapCut
- Demonstrated expertise in email marketing platforms and database management
- Strong track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred but not required if the candidate has relevant work experience
- WFH Set-Up:
- Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.
- Internet speed of at least 40MBPS
- Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam
- Back-up computer and internet connection
- Quiet, dedicated workspace at home
- Technical: CapCut, Invado Elements, Music Bed, email marketing platforms, Google Drive
- Sharp eye for visual content and brand consistency
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Self-motivated with strong initiative
- Ability to work independently while maintaining quality
- Growth mindset with eagerness to learn and adapt

Work Setup:
- Remote position
- Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
- Required to provide own computer with Intel Core i5 or something similar or higher operating system
- Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time)
- 8 hours per day / 40 hours per week
- $5 per hour
- No benefits package included
