In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• To ensure the service level agreements are on target.
• To plan, assign, and direct work to the employees in cooperation with the supervisor or manager to manage workload and projects.
• To train new hires and ensure that they have sufficient knowledge and skills before performing their work alone/independently.
• To perform regular coaching to enhance the performance of staff and encourage participation in decision-making.
• To monitor adherence to ethics and the code of conduct and implement disciplinary action in compliance with the requirements for due process.
• To provide timely and appropriate resolutions to escalations of functions supported.
• To plan, organize, and coordinate team activities to enhance team camaraderie and employee engagement.

With excellent communication skills, you can proficiently converse, creatively propose straightforward solutions, and develop alternative resolutions to customer concerns.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related courses.
• General knowledge in the creation of general arrangement drawings for sales orders and maintenance request orders.
• Experience working with several levels within an organization, from the frontline up to senior management.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Acrobat, DocPro, or other Document Management Systems.
