As our Instructional Designer, you’ll be at the heart of this mission, designing evidence-based learning experiences that bring our BVMM (Beliefs, Vision, Mission, Methods) to life.
You’ll transform business and behavioral goals into scalable, measurable learning products, whether it’s eLearning, VILT, blended programs, microlearning, or simulations, all crafted to be inclusive, easy to consume, and impactful.
Your work won’t stop at design, you’ll ensure these learning solutions are operationally reliable in our company-wide LMSand demonstrably effective, helping accelerate capability building while strengthening our people’s long-term connection to our culture.

About you
You’re someone who takes pride in turning ideas into learner-ready assets that are clear, accessible, and aligned with a bigger purpose. Details matter to you, you make sure every course, job aid, or microlearning piece is polished, consistent, and meets the highest standards.
You’re comfortable working end-to-end: transforming storyboards into SCORM/xAPI-compliant courses, running QA checks, and publishing seamlessly into an LMS. You know how to design with the learner in mind, whether it’s knowledge checks, job aids, or bite-sized modules, and you’re always open to feedback and iteration.
Collaboration fuels you. Partnering with SMEs and L&D teammates, you run reviews and pilot tests that make your learning products not just good, but great.
- 1–3 years of experience in instructional design, content development, or Learning & Development operations.
- Familiarity with authoring tools (Articulate 360, Rise, Storyline, Captivate) and LMS basics including SCORM/xAPI.
- Strong writing and visual communication skills, plus a sharp eye for detail when it comes to QA and accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA standards).

Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Education, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in LMS or e-learning platform administration
- Exposure to learning operations, learning development programs, or compliance tools is a plus
Technical Competencies
- LMS platform knowledge (Moodle, Docebo, or similar)
- Reporting and dashboarding (Excel, Google Sheets, built-in Microsoft tools)
- Familiar with SCORM, xAPI, video content, and quizzes
Complementary Skills
- Strong attention to detail and process accuracy
- Tech-savvy and problem solver
- Good communicator and support-oriented
- Able to prioritize and multitask with minimal supervision
