The ideal candidate combines a deep understanding of Shopify ecosystems and advanced tracking tools with a proven ability to launch performance-driven initiatives that unlock growth. You will act as both strategist and orchestrator—identifying untapped opportunities, prioritizing initiatives across channels, and mobilizing internal specialists and external partners to execute with precision.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth audits of client performance to identify growth opportunities across acquisition, conversion, and retention.
- Design strategic growth roadmaps that integrate SEO, CRO, Paid Media, Email, Social Media, and emerging channels, tailored to each brand’s stage and goals.
- Lead the execution of initiatives, working collaboratively with internal specialists, external agencies, and client stakeholders.
- Leverage Shopify expertise to optimize site performance, conversion flows, and customer experiences.
- Implement and manage data tracking frameworks to ensure accurate measurement and actionable insights.
- Monitor performance KPIs, diagnose areas for optimization, and recommend pivots backed by data.
- Translate findings into clear, executive-level recommendations, balancing tactical wins with long-term strategic vision.
- Act as a thought leader, keeping brands competitive by staying ahead of platform changes, market trends, and innovative tools.
- 7+ years in senior-level e-commerce strategy and execution, ideally supporting early-stage or growth-stage businesses.
- Strong Shopify expertise, with proven success optimizing storefronts, funnels, and customer journeys.
- Demonstrated ability to launch and scale performance-driven initiatives that delivered measurable ROI.
- Well-rounded expertise across multiple growth channels (SEO, CRO, Paid Media, Social, Email, SMS, Affiliate).
- Advanced proficiency with data tracking tools (Google Analytics, GA4, Tag Manager, Looker, etc.).
- Strategic thinker with hands-on agility—comfortable moving from high-level planning to tactical execution.
- Excellent leadership, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Play a pivotal role in shaping the growth trajectory of high-potential e-commerce businesses.
- Work in a strategic leadership capacity, architecting and overseeing multi-channel initiatives end-to-end.
