Senior Production Engineer (Injection)

Location: Calumpit, Bulacan

Role Type: Full-time

Department: Wires/Pipes

Reporting to: Production Manager

Work Schedule: 5-day work week

As a Senior Production Engineer, you are responsible for overseeing the manufacturing processes including supervising staff and training workers. In addition, you will be ensuring that health and safety codes are being followed in the plant.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and evaluate the injection process to yield a quality product at a high efficiency.
• Train and/or support the production operator during set-up and changeover.
• Analyze injection issues or abnormalities to provide feasible solutions and implementations.
• Ensure that standard machine parameter settings and work instructions are being followed by the operators.
• Assure and maintain the implementation of 5S in the company.
• Monitor production line productivity, efficiency, and assess the performance of each operator
• Drive and implement process improvement projects that will benefit the quality, cost, delivery, productivity and safety.

To succeed and grow in this role, you will be required to meet the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
• MUST be an expert in Injection Operations
• At least (3) three years of experience in a Injection Operations
• 5 day work week
• Willing to be assigned in Calumpit, Bulacan
• Lesser experience will be considered for the production engineer position.
