CNC & Design Engineer (Calumpit, Bulacan)

Reporting to: Design Supervisor

Work Schedule: 5-day work week

As a Senior Design Engineer, you will be responsible for Planning and executing Electrical Enclosure designs using CAM, and 3D CAD softwares. Design Electrical Enclosures in accordance with the customer specifications and quality requirements.

Other responsibilities include:

• Plans and executes switchgear and panel designs using CAD and CAM software, to model punching, bending, and tooling paths and program machines according to customer requirements and quality standards.
• Conceptualizes designs and creates drawings and prototypes for products based on client requirements and industry standards
• Oversees the development of design products and ensures adherence of assembled product to customer requirements
• Collaborates with various functional groups assigned to the product including but not limited to costing, production, and Quality Control (QC).

To succeed and grow in this role, you will be required to meet the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• At least 5 years of combined experience as Design Engineer and Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Programmer in a similar industry.
• Proficient in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and Computer-Aided Manufacturing (CAM) Design software
• Proficiency in G-code programming for CNC machine and 3D printing
• Technical skills to perform advanced calculations and determine the feasibility of design concepts
• Ability to guide and mentor Design and Associate Design Engineers
• Interpersonal Relationship Skills to communicate, interact, and build connections with others effectively
• CNC milling programming experience is a plus.
