Quality Control Engineer (QC Engineer)

Work Schedule: 5-day work week

As a Quality Control Engineer, you will ensure the highest levels of product quality and adherence to quality standards within our organization. You will be responsible for implementing, and maintaining quality control processes and systems, conducting inspections, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.

Other responsibilities include:

• Implements, and manages quality control processes, procedures, and standards to ensure consistent product quality.
• Conducts thorough inspections and test products, components, and materials to verify conformance to specifications and quality standards.
• Analyzes quality data, including inspection results, non-conformities, and customer feedback, to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Leads investigations into quality issues, identifying root causes and implementing corrective and preventive actions
• Maintains comprehensive records of quality control activities, inspection reports, and quality assurance documentation.

To succeed and grow in this role, you will be required to meet the following qualifications:

• Graduate of any Engineering course, preferably a licensed engineer.
• At least 1 year of work experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Background in ISO 9000.
• Knowledge of the extrusion process or PVC compounding is an advantage
