As a Senior General Accountant, you will:
Job Description
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure the accuracy of financial records.
- Lead month-end and quarter-end close activities, ensuring timely and accurate balance sheet reconciliations.
- Prepare and review consolidated financial statements and reports.
- Support internal reporting processes, including revenue, bookings and backlog reporting, and cash flow analysis, to inform financial strategy and decision-making.
- Maintain strong internal controls, ensuring compliance with financial policies and external regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to support cross-functional initiatives.
- Proven experience as a General Accountant or in a similar role of more than 5 years of experience.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and accounting software like Epicor, Dynamics 365, OneStream and Hyperion, etc.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work on different projects during the day.
- Mindful of Deadlines.
- Technology Savvy is required
