Sanitary Engineer

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, or Sanitary Engineering, or a related field.
• Knowledge of relevant sanitation codes, regulations, and standards, such as those from the American Society of Plumbing Engineers (ASPE) or American Water Works Association (AWWA).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sanitary engineering design for residential, commercial, or industrial projects.
• Demonstrated experience in designing plumbing and sanitation systems, including water supply, drainage, sewage, and stormwater management systems.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or Revit for drafting sanitation and plumbing systems.
• In-depth understanding of local, state, and federal sanitation regulations and codes, including National Plumbing Code standards.
• Ability to effectively coordinate with architects, civil engineers, and project managers for seamless integration of sanitation systems in projects.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for creating clear and accurate reports, project documentation, and client communications.
