Job Description
- Responsible for the execution, inspection, transportation, and erection of precast beams as well as the construction of the superstructure of the viaduct.
- Responsible for the construction of the surface and underground drainage as well as the maintenance of the road.
- Develop a logical project timeline and budget to meet deadlines by the overall project plan.
- Establish and manage documentation and cost control systems, preparing progress reports and projected costs for project completion.
- Review and assess logistical and supply chain factors relevant to the project area.
- Oversee cost management, scheduling, technical issues, and overall productivity of construction works, ensuring the project is completed on time and within budgetary constraints.
- Plan and schedule construction work, collaborating closely with the construction and planning team, client representatives, and subcontractors.
- Manage multiple teams working simultaneously in 24-hour shifts during construction activities.
- A university degree in Civil Engineering is required.
- Candidates must have a minimum of 15 years of experience in infrastructure projects preferably in railway and bridges.
- Strong communication skills are essential.
- Previous experience in bridge construction with precast elements and erection of beams by the means of cranes.
