The Sales Executive (Groups and Proactive/Reactive Sales) works under the general guidance and supervision of the Director of Sales & Marketing. He/she plays a pivotal role in driving group sales performance through both proactive and reactive strategies. This position oversees and supports the daily sales efforts of the broader sales team, including Senior Sales Managers, Sales Managers, and fellow Sales Executives, with a strong focus on directing sales initiatives, training, and executing action plans aligned with the Marketing Plan.

Proactively, the Sales Executive is responsible for soliciting and developing room business opportunities for group, corporate, and wholesale accounts through consistent telemarketing and email outreach. Reactively, the role provides essential support in creating Delphi profiles, initiating group blocks, and preparing MICE/group proposals, ensuring seamless coordination and timely responses to client inquiries.

The ideal candidate demonstrates a balance of strategic leadership and hands-on execution, contributing to the overall success of the sales department. He/she must be a college graduate with at least one year of experience as a Sales Assistant, and should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong customer focus and service orientation, effective organizational and time management abilities, and a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
