Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and lead quality assurance and testing processes for IT projects.
- Define testing protocols and track defect resolution.
- Ensure system reliability and performance before deployment.
- Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or related course.
- 5+ years of experience in QA/testing and at least 2 years in a lead role.
- Familiar with testing tools, automation, and documentation standards.
- Location: Makati (Onsite)
- Schedule: Compressed workweek (MonThu 8AM-6PM, Fri 8AM-5PM; flexible hours)
- Salary Range: 30,000-50,000
