SALES ASSOCIATE - SM NORTH KOREAN CLOTHING STORE

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum of 2 years retail store experience
Worked for a successful clothing brand is a plus
Maintain a positive attitude and focus of customer satisfaction n a fast-paced environment
Can work on shifts, on holidays, and on extended hours when necessary
Professional appearance, must have a pleasing personality
Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office and Social Media platforms
Have genuine interest in fashion. Must be comfortable wearing the brand during working hours.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Primarily responsible for selling products through courteous, friendly, caring and efficient service
Shall exhibit full product knowledge to engage and satisfy customers that will impact sales and ultimately drive business growth
Build strong customer relationships. Greet and assist customers as they enter the store. Answer customer questions and assist with their requests.
Execute purchases and returns at the cash register while checking for accuracy.
Restock and organize merchandise in the store
On time execution of merchandise display and promotion.
