Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Store Associate to join our team. As a Full-Time Store Associate at Tropa Store, you will be the face of our brand, helping to create memorable experiences for our customers while maintaining store operations.

As a Sales Associate at Tropa Store, you’ll be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, handling transactions, managing online orders, and assisting with inventory and store operations. This full-time role requires a positive attitude and a passion for local brands. Located at Power Plant Mall, Rockwell, our team offers an engaging, community-focused work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee store operations and ensure smooth day-to-day activities.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, providing product insights and assistance.
- Handle online orders efficiently, processing shipments and inquiries.
- Manage refunds, exchanges, and returns to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately.
- Maintain customer records and document sales to support client relations.
- Perform inventory management tasks, ensuring stock levels are up-to-date

Work Schedule:

• Location: Power Plant Mall, Rockwell
• Days: Full-time, 6 days a week (on-site)
• Hours: Mall hours, 7-hour shifts
