In this Role, you’ll get to
- Responsible for product localization for Philippines market, regularly provide local market intelligence to local team and headquarter to influence global product and marketing direction.
- Actively think, plan, identify, build localized products and features with integrate usability studies, research and market analysis that address customer needs
- Use self-service dashboards to monitor and report out on onboarding programs.
- Leverage data to identify business opportunities and translate them into actionable business solution, shape future effective profitable strategies and making recommendations for improvements.
- Work closely with other local teams and headquarter teams to collaborate on marketing / merchandising campaigns / BD / product / design functions.
What you'll Need to Succeed
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or any similar discipline
- 3+ years of relevant experience in product management in travel-related industry with in-depth understanding of Philippines consumer market
- Experience in SQL/Tableau or equivalent data visualization tool.
- Strong communication skills to influence your stakeholders and manage expectations.
