RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify and prospect potential clients in the target market segment
  • Conduct outbound sales calls, emails, and presentation to introduce our logistics services and generate leads
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve sales goals.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term business relationships.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline in the system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as operations and customer service, to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand the company’s presence and generate leads.
  • Take ownership to customer’s issue and follow through until resolution.
  • Ensures smooth execution of the whole shipment lifecycle, by working closely with customers and other departments to achieve customer satisfaction goals through pro-active resolution handling and issue resolution ownership.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field can be beneficial.
  • Previous experience in sales, particularly in a business-to-business setting, is highly advantageous.
  • Ability to negotiate favorable deals and resolve conflicts is essential for closing deals
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experiences in Management levels
