Your Role And Responsibilities
This specialty requires Quote to Cash (Q2C) process knowledge.
Responsibility of accurately handling processing/transaction requirements.
Focuses on pre-sales support such as, but not limited to, proposal support and inventory review.
This may involve new contracts and/or expanding or managing existing client relationships.
Typical responsibilities include resolving client issues and working with IBM teams to support for delivery of products to clients world-wide.
Maintain and disposition new field inventory and related process.
Execution of defined processes must be in line with business controls and meet business objectives.

Bachelor's Degree
Required Technical And Professional Expertise

Detail-oriented.
Candidate must be a critical thinker with good problem-solving skills.
Able to analyze information, trends, root cause.
