- With experience in negotiations with the suppliers (Local and International)
- Has experience working with Foreign nationals (Chinese)
- Exposure with Customer Service
- With technical background in Sanitary Wares and/or Construction materials.
- Has knowledge with Digital Marketing.
- Possess good bargaining power.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to ensure the best possible value for the company.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, including product manufacturers, distributors, and wholesalers.
- Implement cost-saving strategies by identifying opportunities for bulk buying, long-term contracts, or supplier consolidation.
- Monitor vendor reliability and implement contingency plans for critical supplies to minimize disruption to the supply chain.
- Manage any issues with vendors, such as product delays, quality concerns, or contract disputes, swiftly and effectively.
- Work closely with the merchandising team to align procurement strategies with product categories, promotions, and new store openings.
- Collaborate with the sales team to forecast product demand and ensure the timely supply of high-margin or high-demand items.
