Roles and Responsibilities :

  1. Project Inception
  • Recommends Highest and Best use of project based on market & Competitor Scan.
  • Maximizes the site's Physical attributes to produce the best value of inventory considering development cost.
  • Prepares Financial Feasibility with the Business Development Manager.

2. Project Planning

  • Prepares project brief , Project Concept, Project Calendar.
  • Have the project financials, Pricing approved by the board of Director's.

3. Project Implementation

  • Inventory and Pricing management and revenue tracking for the residential condominium units, Parking and Storage Units.
  • Securing government permits and Licenses for the entire 20 hectare project ( License to Sell, ECC, Building and Occupancy Permit, Green Building Certification , Business Permit and others.
  • Project Monitoring and Coordination with different departments.
  • Provides support to sales to answer customer inquiries about the project.
  • Effectively Communicate project plans for all developments(Permanent and interim) To all Project team members.
  • Maintain Project's financial runs and have new project proposals approved by the Management Committee and Excom Meetings.
  • Prepare and consolidate monthly executive and quarterly board meetings of the company.
  • Prepare reports to management and take the meeting minutes for the weekly Management Committee Meetings and Monthly Executive Committee Meetings.

3. Project Turnover

  • Obtain necessary permits from government Agencies to turnover project and Facilitates Incorporation of the condominium Corporation.

Experience and Qualifications :

  • At least 7 years experience in real estate Project Development.
  • Must be a graduate of any Business Related Course.
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Market & Competitive Analysis.
  • Financial Feasibility/
  • Planning and Management.
  • Inventory Management.
  • Managing Government Agencies.
  • Knowledgeable in SAP or any system for real estate.
