Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues professionally and efficiently.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients in the medical field.
- Process orders, handle product inquiries, and provide information regarding our medical products and services.
- Call and set up appointments with possible clients.lead
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Proven experience in customer service or sales, preferably in a medical or healthcare-related field.
