Job Summary: We are seeking a Dynamic Presales Engineer (Presales Technical Support Engineer) to Join our Team, Specializing in Network and Security Solution(s). As a Presales Engineer, you will be Responsible for Providing Technical Expertise and Support to both our Sales Team(s) and Customer(s). You will Collaborate with Customer(s) to Understand their Technical Requirement(s) and Design Network and Security-Based Solution(s) to Meet their Need(s). You will Stay Updated with the Latest Technologies and Industry Trend(s) to provide the Best Possible Solution(s) to our Customer(s).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Sales Team(s) to Understand Customer Requirement(s) and Propose Network and Security-Based Solution(s), Create and Deliver Technical Presentation(s) and Product Demonstration(s) to Customer(s), Collaborate with Customer(s) to Understand their Technical Requirement(s) and Design Network and Security-Based Solution(s) to Meet their Need(s)
• Assist in the Development of Proposal(s) Including Solution Design, Technical Specification(s) and Pricing, Provide Technical Expertise and Support to Customer(s) throughout the Sales Process
• Stay Updated with the Latest Networking and Security Technologies and Industry Trend(s), Build and Maintain Strong Relationship(s) with Customer(s) and Client(s)

Minimum Hiring Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Related Field(s) - 1 Year(s) of Related Experience in a Similar Environment is Required, Previous Experience in Presales Engineering preferably within Network and Security Solutions
• Strong Understanding of Networking Technologies and Protocol(s), Network or Security Certification(s) are a Plus (Not Required) - CompTIA Network+, Security+, CyberSecurity Analyst+
• Strong English Communication (Oral and Written) and Presentation Skills with Good Listening and Comprehension Skills, Build and Maintain Positive Relationship(s) with Customer(s) and Partner(s)
