In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Collaborate with peer operations engineers and implementation and design engineers in offering outstanding customer support and meeting the agreed service levels in resolving issues.
• Work well with customers by providing world-class support service by responding to inquiries, incidents, and requests about all supported network group services through the Ticketing System within the required service level.
• Build and improve disaster recovery procedures.
• Deliver the best solutions and protection to company systems with improved and maintained knowledge and understanding of networking and security standard processes.
  
  

Who You Are:

You have a strong drive for results and exhibit passion and enthusiasm to get things done. You prioritize and supervise tasks on several projects simultaneously. You are proactive and highly innovative in analyzing and evaluating network connectivity, identifying issues, and providing solutions. You can proficiently communicate ideas and build technical information.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related courses.
• 3 years of relevant work experience as a Network Engineer and experience supporting LAN, WLAN, WAN, and SD-WAN environments.
• Extensive knowledge of network services such as DNS, DHCP, IPAM, TCP/IP, STP, VSS, VRF, EIGRP, and BGP.
• In-depth understanding and practical knowledge of networking systems such as LAN, WLAN, WAN, SD-WAN, switches, routers, firewalls, and load balancers.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• Preferably with network certifications that include Cisco certifications such as CCNA or CCNP and Firewall certifications.
