Summary: As a Program/Project Management Representative, you will be responsible for delivering business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. A typical day involves leveraging standard tools, methodologies, and processes to effectively deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements, ensuring that all project objectives are met while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals. - Monitor project progress and report on key performance indicators to management. - Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to address potential issues. - Assist in the development and maintenance of project documentation and reports. - Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Program Control Services. - Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Program Project Management. - Strong understanding of project management methodologies and frameworks. - Proficient in using project management software and tools for planning and tracking. - Ability to analyze project data and provide actionable insights. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Program Control Services. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required
