Role Overview:  

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team at Skyro. This individual will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our key clients to maximize company revenue and growth potential. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in sales and account management, a passion for customer satisfaction, and excellent communication skills. 

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Manage Brands Key Account (KAC) partners maintaining a long-term relationship with accounts and maximizing sales opportunities with them. 
  • Play an integral role in new business pitches, holding responsibility for the effective onboarding of new clients. 
  • Monitor sales performances and propose action plans to hit targets. 
  • Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned Brand KAC partners. 
  • Define the strategy and take action on how to increase the productivity of his/her accounts. 
  • Look for cooperation with Mobile/Electronics/Home Appliances Manufacturer and together with Marketing dept. suggest joint promotion with these manufacturers. 
  • Identify new opportunities from within existing accounts such as campaigns or joint marketing efforts. 
  • Execute sales or marketing strategies with results 
  • Other tasks and responsibilities that may be assigned from time-to-time. 

 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field 
  • Exposure to retail and financial services industries is a plus 
  • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in sales and account management, preferably in the technology industry 
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts successfully 
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills 
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to build lasting relationships with clients 
  • Self-motivated, results-driven and able to work independently as well as in a team environment 
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
