As our new Mid-Level Front-End Engineer, you will

• Own the front-end experience - design and develop bespoke, high-performance trading and analytics UIs that drive real impact.
• Be hands-on - this is a pure engineering role, not a management position.
• Work with cutting-edge technologies: React, TypeScript, Tailwind, and other tools best suited for state management, performance optimization, and component libraries.
• Shape our front-end architecture - ensuring usability, maintainability, and top-tier performance.
• Iterate and ship fast - balancing quick execution with a long-term architectural vision.
• Have the freedom to craft solutions – autonomy to build things your way, backed by a collaborative team.
• Own the 'how' – we’ll give you the ‘why’ and the outcome, but you’ll have full ownership of implementation.

What we’re looking for

• 3+ years of front-end engineering experience, building sophisticated web applications.
• Deep expertise in React & TypeScript - you know how to structure scalable front-end codebases.
• Performance optimization experience - you care about bundle sizes, hydration strategies, and runtime efficiency.
• An eye for great UX - you understand design, usability, and accessibility beyond just writing code.
• Testing experience – familiarity with Vitest, Testing Library, Playwright, Storybook and modern CI/CD workflows.
• Strong analytical skills – ability to navigate complex trading and analytics workflows.
• Great communication and collaboration skills – able to work well in a team and foster positive working relationships.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset – a team player with a can-do attitude.
• Bonus experience with: Turborepo, Docker, AWS.
