Responsibilities

  • Validates endorsements of members’ application forms (Individual and Family Account) considered as Medical accounts.
  • Validates enrollees endorsement/s from Corporate Accounts. Coordinate with interdependencies for any pending requirements / disapproved enrollees and monitor compliance.
  • Process, encodes and uploads membership details of approved enrollees to the system
  • Collates data, prepares and submits Quality Assurance report on processed enrollment, cancellation, correction of member’s details, and membership movements.
  • Logs all endorsements received and identies those processed and unprocessed transactions.
  • Collates data and prepares a report or tabulation as to status of all processed members, including as well all pending and disapproved enrollees. Informs Sales, Accounts, Agents, and Brokers.

Experience And Training

  • BS in Business Administration, Finance or related field
  • Proven numeracy and statistical skills
  • Proven insurance underwriting experience
