- Manages APE and PEME results: collates, records, retrieves, generates summaries, and releases examination outcomes efficiently.
- Ensures high-quality documentation and summarization of all APE and PEME results.
- Oversees timely release of Annual Physical and Pre-employment Examination results to clients.
- Recommends improvements for unit activities, performance, and processes to immediate superior.
- Creates reports and presentations on Medical transcription operations, including data analysis, for timely submission to management.
- Manages unit supplies and budget, including preparation, monitoring, and allocation of resources.
- Graduate of any Medical/Dental/Medical allied course.
- Knowledgeable in executing administrative duties and functions.
- Proficient in written and verbal skills.
- Strong critical and analytical thinking
