Marketing and Sales Support Coordinator

About this Position As a Marketing and Sales Support Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency of our operations across high-growth markets. Your expertise will directly contribute to administrative tasks that are essential for supporting our marketing & sales pipeline. You will be an integral part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional support to GBS+ Manila and the high growth markets. What You´ll Do

• Maintain and update sales and marketing assets to support the sales pipeline
• Update and maintain sales and product price lists, discounts, agreements across internal systems
• Manage and maintain customer and product databases, product catalogs, and internal documentation libraries
• Support the preparation of presentations and business review documents as requested by business leads
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support GBS+ Manila
  
  

What makes you a good fit

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Financial Management/ Business /Marketing /Sales /Computer Science /IT, or related courses
• Preferably with at least one (1) year of relevant work experience in Purchasing CRM tools
• At least of one (1) year of relevant experience in Marketing; Preferably (1) year of relevant experience in Purchasing CRM tools
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Excel for data management and updating; Automation and Power BI experience is an advantage
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and international stakeholder management skills
• Amenable to work on a day shift (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM) and report on a hybrid work set-up in Ayala Avenue, Makati
