About this Position As a Marketing and Sales Support Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency of our operations across high-growth markets. Your expertise will directly contribute to administrative tasks that are essential for supporting our marketing & sales pipeline. You will be an integral part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional support to GBS+ Manila and the high growth markets. As you tackle administrative duties and contribute to various projects, you’ll have the opportunity to overcome unique challenges while gaining valuable insights into the strategic direction of the company. What You´ll Do

  • Maintain and update sales and marketing assets to support the sales pipeline
  • Update and maintain sales and product price lists, discounts, agreements across internal systems
  • Manage and maintain customer and product databases, product catalogs, and internal documentation libraries
  • Support the preparation of presentations and business review documents as requested by business leads
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support GBS+ Manila

What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Financial Management/ Business /Marketing /Sales /Computer Science /IT, or related courses
  • Preferably with at least one (1) year of relevant work experience in Purchasing CRM tools
  • At least of one (1) year of relevant experience in Marketing; Preferably (1) year of relevant experience in Purchasing CRM tools
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Excel for data management and updating; Automation and Power BI experience is an advantage
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and international stakeholder management skills
  • Amenable to work on a day shift (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM) and report on a hybrid work set-up in Ayala Avenue, Makati
