  • Learn and stay updated on product features, store promotions, and sales techniques.
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
  • Support daily store operations, including restocking shelves and arranging displays.
  • Assist in operating the cash register, processing payments, and issuing receipts under supervision.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing basic questions and referring complex concerns to senior staff.
  • Participate in training sessions to develop product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Work closely with the team to meet store sales goals and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in basic inventory tasks such as tagging and checking merchandise.
  • Follow store policies and procedures to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
