Duties and Responsibilities:

• Report directly to the Reporting Manager and collaborate with Sales Consultants.
• Assist in securing quality appointments from a large volume of inbound and online inquiries.
• Ensure the team's calendar is filled with high-value opportunities.
• Maintain a 60% or higher appointment rate for successful consultations.
• Confirm and follow up on appointments using our simple follow-up system.
• Keep detailed records of appointments, calendar events, and relevant documents.
• Support the sales team by responding to their needs and strategies to achieve optimal results.
• Understand the company’s value proposition and communicate it effectively to decision-makers to secure appointments for the sales team.
• Strive to meet appointment-setting targets and metrics.

Qualifications and Experience:

• 1 to 4 years of experience in Appointment Setting.
• Real Estate experience is highly regarded but not necessary
• Previous sales experience with confidence in handling phone conversations and interactions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, data management, calendar management, time zones, maps, and a basic understanding of Australian/Local geography.
• Basic administrative skills.
• Strong communication skills with both prospects and internal team members.
• Self-motivated, easily trained, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational, time management, and strategic planning skills with attention to detail.
