Job Description: Coordinate the execution and continued quality of the clients department processes, perform assigned duties including but not limited to telephonic on-line authorization of routine services, contacting specialty care providers, monitoring patient eligibility, and performing on-line data entry of routine authorizations/denials.

Skillset: Non-voice
Work set-up: Temporary WFH
Requirements: 0-6 months of similar experience and Licensed PHRN
Shift schedule: Flexible to work on shifting schedule if business ask (weekends, night shift, holidays)
