We are looking for an Architectural Draftsperson with Australian experience in commercial internal fit-outs.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in architectural drafting, particularly with commercial fit-outs.
• Knowledge of Australian Building Codes and Standards, including fire safety and accessibility guidelines is required.
• Familiarity with franchise fit-outs like Bob Jane, Subway, and other similar premises is highly desirable.
• Strong experience in using AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, or similar software.

Responsibilities

• Deliver detailed architectural drawings, including partition and wall layouts, reflected ceiling plans, elevations, and sections.
• Prepare custom details for joinery, fixtures, and fittings.
• Coordinate with MEP consultants to ensure integration of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing services into the fit-out design.
• Ensure designs comply with Australian Building Codes and Standards, including fire safety and disability access requirements.
• Produce detailed and dimensioned drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, or similar software.

This role is subject to a number of skills and practical tests.

This position is an onsite role at our Pampanga office. Candidates must be willing to work on-site.
