- Type accurately, prepare, and maintain accounting documents and records.
- Prepare bank deposits, general ledger postings and statements.
- Reconcile accounts in a timely manner.
- Process billings and collections and follow-up overdue accounts.
- Process disbursements and coordinate with suppliers.
- Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable functions.
- Daily enter key data of financial transactions in database.
- Prepare periodic closing entries and reports.
- Prepare and file relevant taxation requirements and returns.
- Document verification, data entry operations, and administrative assistance.
- Research, track, and restore accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies.
- Function in accordance with established standards, procedures, and applicable laws.
- Constantly update job knowledge.
- Conduct self in professional manner while maintaining good rapport with colleagues.
