In this full-time position, you will play a strategic role in the company's contracts management function, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services to our clients.

What you'll be doing

• Manage and negotiate commercial contracts with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to secure the best terms and conditions
• Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions, and proactively identify and mitigate risks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement commercial strategies that drive business growth
• Monitor and analyse contract performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of contract management tools, templates, and processes
• Provide guidance and mentorship to more junior members of the contracts management team

What we're looking for

• 8+ years of experience in a commercial management or contracts management role, ideally within the construction industry
• Strong understanding of contract law, negotiation strategies, and commercial risk management
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build trust with internal and external stakeholders
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and leverage data to drive informed decision-making
• Proficient in contract drafting, review, and negotiation
• Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements
• Proven track record of leading and mentoring a team of contracts professionals
