Summary

  • Provide a sequence of service for all test takers once they have entered their exam through the exam submission and logging out process.
  • Responsible for the service levels and monitoring of all test takers as they complete their exams online

Educational Attainment

  • College Graduate (any 4 years course) or College Level

Common Qualification

  • Should be a college graduate
  • Good communication skills
  • Willing to work on erratic schedule - night shift, shifting schedule, weekends, and holidays
  • Experience working in BPO industry is preferred but not required
    • Must have a PC/laptop
