Your Role
As an HRBP Manager, you will lead a team of HR Business Partners, playing a crucial role in managing talent, driving HR solutions, and fostering a positive work environment that aligns with business unit goals. You will collaborate with other HR Centers of Excellence (COEs), such as recruitment, to identify strategies to improve site performance.

Your Responsibilities

You will collaborate with other HR Centers of Excellence (COEs), such as recruitment, to identify strategies to improve site performance.
Strategic HR Leadership:
- Be accountable for strategic talent management, ensuring alignment with business unit strategy.
- Provide insights and recommendations to drive HR initiatives that support business goals.
- Identify and help recruit, develop, deploy, promote, and retain the right talent.
- Develop and implement succession planning strategies.
- Work with other functions to identify training needs for teams and individuals.
- Provide coaching and guidance for leaders to enhance their management and leadership skills.
- Organize and ensure the quality of talent and development programs
- Define requirements for HR solutions, ensure programs meet these specifications, and identify synergies across Business Units within KNGS.
- Deliver HR programs and services, monitor their effectiveness, and engage with the other HR functions on issues and resolutions.
- Participate in due diligence activities for new or expanded workflows.
- Continuously improve HR programs based on feedback and performance metrics.
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Resolve complex employee relations issues, address grievances, and lead disciplinary procedures.
- Provide HR policy guidance and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Change Management and Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Lead communication and change projects impacting employees.
- Drive efficiency, standardization, and strategic HR impact.
- Collaborate and align with oter HR functions and business leaders on the selection and retention of employees.
- Partner with core function heads to drive the talent agenda and bring insights into the Philippines market.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure HR initiatives are effectively implemented.
- Establish regular governance routines and practices to support the business.
- Track key performance metrics to measure client satisfaction and prepare reports for senior leadership.
- Conduct market research on competitive remuneration and benefits.
- Stay updated on labor laws and industry trends, including topics like flexibility, return to office, and industry developments.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on market trends to enhance HR strategies.
- Bachelor's Degree related to Human Resources
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Should have extensive labor relations experience
- Can communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
- Experience in supporting at least 500 FTEs is a must
