Responsibilities

  • Complete monthly reconciliations (bank and blackline-balance sheet accounts recon)
  • Accountable for month-end journal entries related to all areas of accounting.
  • Collaborates with various individuals to ensure the accuracy of payable, government statutory and other accounts.
  • Putting together the GL book each month with required backup and signature.
  • Prepares and monitors Purchase Orders.
  • Preparing and monitoring of Fixed Asset Tags.
  • Administer Government Filing and Reports (VAT, SSS Permium, EZMPR, NSO, BIR Form 2316, QAP, SLS/SLP)
  • Assist in administrative tasks such as booking of plane tickets, giftaway orders and mobile phone monitoring.
  • Performing other duties as assigned including special projects and analysis on an ad hoc basis.

Knowledge And Skill

  • Excellent computer skills within the MSO suite (Excel, Word, D365)
  • Fixed Assets and General Ledger knowledge
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and good organizational and communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Keen to details
