Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating onboarding for new hires.
  • Maintain employee records, ensuring all information is accurate, updated, and compliant with labor laws.
  • Administer employee benefits, payroll processing, and leave management.
  • Address employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and other HR-related matters.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Support employee training and development initiatives, tracking participation and outcomes.
  • Handle employee performance evaluation processes and maintain records of performance appraisals.
  • Promote a positive workplace culture by facilitating employee engagement activities.

Front Desk Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome patients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Manage incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries regarding services, appointments, and clinic policies.
  • Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments using clinic scheduling software.
  • Handle patient check-ins and check-outs, ensuring proper documentation and payment processing.
  • Maintain an organized and tidy reception area, ensuring it is welcoming for patients.
  • Manage patient records and ensure confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth workflow and patient satisfaction.
  • Assist with inventory management for front desk supplies and dental materials.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the clinic management as needed.
  • Assist in marketing initiatives, including social media management and community outreach programs.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean clinic environment.
