Position Title: Bilingual Korean Customer Support Representative (Korean Happiness Officer)

Strikingly is on the lookout for a Bilingual Korean Customer Support Representative, also referred to as a Korean Happiness Officer. Key Responsibilities

• Represent our brand’s identity and voice in every customer engagement by adopting the Strikingly tone.
• Provide exceptional customer service across multiple channels (email, chat, social media) to foster WOW moments for both new and returning customers.
• Translate various customer communications, including newsletters and lifecycle emails, ensuring clarity and engagement.
• Acquire in-depth knowledge of our products and internal systems to assist customers effectively.
• Maintain a positive and uplifting atmosphere in every interaction with customers and fellow team members.
  
  

Required Skills

• Proficient in Korean and English, with exceptional communication capabilities.
• A genuine passion for helping individuals with varying levels of understanding and learning styles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, complemented by an eagerness to learn.
• Proven experience in customer service within a fast-paced environment.
• Access to a reliable desktop/computer with at least 8GB RAM, Windows 10/MacOS 10.12.6, Core i3/AMD Ryzen 3 or higher, along with a minimum 20Mbps internet connection.

• Professional fluency in both Korean and English is mandatory.
• Strong interpersonal abilities and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Experience in a customer support role is preferred.
