Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition Support:
- Dive into the world of recruitment by assisting in sourcing top talent.
- Help craft job postings that stand out and attract the right candidates.
- Screen resumes and coordinate interviews, becoming the first point of contact for potential Casto stars.
- Onboarding & Orientation:
- Be the welcoming face of Casto, guiding new hires through their onboarding experience.
- Assist in organizing orientation sessions that leave a lasting impression.
- Help prepare onboarding materials that are both informative and fun.
- Employee Engagement & Culture:
- Get creative in organizing team-building activities and events that foster a positive workplace culture.
- Support in launching employee wellness programs and initiatives.
- Gather feedback from employees to continuously improve the workplace environment.
- HR Operations & Administration:
- Assist in maintaining accurate employee records and databases.
- Help with the preparation of HR reports and documentation.
- Provide administrative support for various HR processes, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Learning & Development:
- Contribute to the design and implementation of training programs.
- Assist in tracking employee progress and gathering feedback on training sessions.
- Support in identifying learning opportunities that align with employee career goals.
- HR Projects:
- Take part in exciting HR projects that push the boundaries of traditional HR practices.
- Collaborate with the HR team on initiatives that enhance employee experience and organizational effectiveness.
- Bring fresh ideas to the table and help turn them into reality.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Preferably in the final year of study or a recent graduate.
- Skills and Competencies:
- A genuine interest in people and organizational culture.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Creativity and a knack for thinking outside the box.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
