SALES TECHNICIAN

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve customers by helping them select units
  • Drive sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling
  • Greet and receives customer questions
  • Direct customers by escorting them to racks and counters
  • Provide outstanding customer service
  • Document sales by creating or updating customer profile records
  • Process payments by totaling purchases, processing cash, checks, credit or debit cards
  • Alert management of potential security issues
  • Assist with inventory and technical departments
  • Keep clientele informed by notifying them of preferred customer sales and future merchandise of potential interest and,
  • Other related responsibilities given to you by the company

QUALIFICATIONS

  • College graduate of any computer or I.T. related course
  • With background in computer troubleshooting and repair.
  • Knowledgeable in installation of O.S., software, and other applications.
  • Highly Knowledgeable with Laptop and Desktop Computers.
  • Excellent English communication and strong customer service skills.
  • Friendly and happy personality. Does not get easily discouraged when dealing with customers.
  • Willing to multi-task and render overtime.
