Job Description
- Manage and oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives.
- Oversee cash flow management and optimize financial resources.
- Collaborate with leadership to provide financial insights and drive decision-making.
- Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve performance goals.
- Monitor financial risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Support audits and manage relationships with external stakeholders.
- CPA with 8 to 15 years of accounting and finance experience
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or MBA preferred.
- Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role, ideally within the hospitality or service industry.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and financial systems.
- Hybrid Work Arrangement Set up (Makati)
