Sr. Finance Analyst

Hepmil Philippines is seeking a detail-oriented Sr. Finance Analyst to support the Finance team in managing day-to-day accounting operations and ensuring accurate financial reporting. This role plays a critical part in maintaining financial integrity, handling payables, supporting tax compliance, and preparing essential financial reports.

• oPrepare comprehensive financial reports, presentations, and statements for management and stakeholders
• .Ensures timely preparation of Certificate of Creditable Withholding Tax (CWT
• )Ensures that a duplicate copy of withholding tax certificates (acknowledged by supplier) is attached to corresponding payment
• sReviews payments to suppliers every Friday and issue Certificate of Withholding Tax (CWT
• )Verifies employees' Cash Advances and Statement of Expenses and Liquidation in accordance with company policies and guideline
• sEnsures prompt submission of monthly schedule
• sAssists in the quarterly inventory of the companys fixed asset
• sEnsures submission of quarterly records of the companys fixed asset
• sAnalyzing financial statements, market data, and economic indicators
• .Building and maintaining financial models in Excel
• .Preparing quarterly and annual financial & tax reports and forecasts
• .Assists in securing government permits (e.g. Business Permit, Barangay Clearance and related requirements
• )Assists Finance Manager in certain ad hoc tasks (including COA monitoring, and LOA
• )Work with other departments and finance team members to review information and align financial strategies

Qualification

• s:Graduate of Bachelors Degree in Accountan
• cyComputer literate Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, and often with other financial and data analysis tool
• s.Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present findings and recommendations clearl
• y.Meticulous approach to ensure the accuracy of financial data and report
• s.Strong ability to interpret complex financial data and make sound judgment
• s.Preferably an individual who has experience working for an audit firm for at least 3-4 yea
