Job Summary: The Graphics Design Specialist will play a key role in ensuring the quality of all materials used by our online sellers. The incumbent will be responsible in providing valuable inputs on how online advertisements can generate expected results via uploaded graphics or images. He/She is expected to be proactive in sharing new ideas on how to improve the quality of all postings and the business.

Essential Duties and/or Responsibilities:

• Work Closely with Sellers to Ensure Quality of all the Uploaded

Materials -- Provide Inputs and Edit the Materials Before Usage

• Based on Experience -- Collaborate with Clients and Business

Leaders - Offer New Ideas on How to Improve the Business

• Act as a Consultant for Online Sellers in Maintaining Quality Of

all Postings - Assess Materials and Provide Recommendations

to Achieve Expected Results (Content Management Functions)

Minimum Hiring Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Digital Design, Graphics Design, Graphic

Communications or Any Related Field with Relevant Experience

• 1 Year of Related and/or Relevant Work Experience is Required

• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Tools

• Strong Customer Service Orientation is Required - Able to Build

Positive Relationships with Sellers; Voice & Back Office Support

• Able to Perform Research and Up-to-Date with Latest Trends in

the Market; Familiar with Social Media Platform(s) & Messaging

Tools (i.e. WhatsApp, Yahoo Messenger, etc.)
