Recruitment Associate For Corporate Hiring | Work At Home

We're hiring for a Corporate Recruiting Associate to support our specialized and volume hiring initiatives. This crucial role involves building a strong talent pipeline using active and passive sourcing methods, including social media, employee referrals, and external events. While the role allows for remote work, we need a candidate open to conducting interviews at offsite events.

Responsibilities

• Initiate job postings to internal and external websites, maintain recruitment mailboxes, collect data, and generate reports.
• Update the Applicant Tracking System with candidate status throughout the recruiting process and provide administrative and operational support to various recruitment processes.
• Source and interview candidates for corporate positions and volume requirements
• Attend to Job Fairs, ERP campaigns, and other internal/external recruitment events to increase talent pipeline
• Assist in the gathering of data that are needed in the preparation of various recruitment reports
• Able to provide suggestions to improve recruitment business processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree holder
• At least 1-2 years of experience in volume and corporate hiring
• Preferably with BPO/Shared Service/Agency recruitment experience
