Duties and Responsibilities:

Labor Relations Management:

  • Address and manage labor relations issues and incident reports.
  • Prepare notices to clarify issues when necessary.

Employee Inquiries:

  • Respond promptly to employee questions regarding company policies and procedures.

Coaching and Guidance:

  • Provide guidance to managers on new challenges, performance improvement, and serious misconduct.

Conflict Resolution:

  • Manage conflict resolution and employee grievances as required.

Return to Work Orders (RTWO):

  • Prepare RTWOs as needed and monitor their progress from issuance to final documentation.
  • Maintain an RTWO tracker and prepare weekly summary reports.

Database Management:

  • Create and maintain a structured database of employee relations issues for weekly submission to the Employee Relations (ER) Manager.

Admin Hearings:

  • Assist in conducting administrative hearings by preparing necessary documents (e.g., hearing invites, minutes).
  • Maintain a digital and physical filing system for all administrative hearing documents.

Engagement Projects:

  • Support the planning and execution of HR engagement initiatives, including satisfaction surveys, corporate social responsibility programs, rewards and recognition programs, and theme nights.

Additional Tasks:

  • Perform other related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Knowledgeable in Philippine labor laws and DOLE guidelines.
  • Experience in handling employee relations issues, grievances, and conflict resolution is preferred.
  • Willing to work in Taguig and adhere to a shifting schedule.
